My Story

I’m Tenzin and my passion is helping support creative individuals, entrepreneurs and business owners with all the time-consuming admin tasks, freeing up their day so they can focus completely on their own creative work.

I began my virtual assistant journey, having spent many years working in the NHS. I began my career as an assistant before being promoted to secretary. My work was very patient-focused, looking after others and supporting them through their health journey. It is here that I developed the philosophy that ‘a little kindness can make all the difference’.

I continue this approach to the clients I work with as a virtual assistant too – always trying to bring empathy into my work, lending an understanding ear when needed and offering idea generation, discussion and support to whatever project I am working on.

Helping others and making a positive impact gives me a real sense of achievement, and I take pride in being someone that people can rely on.

Beyond my professional life, I’m a naturally creative person. One of my biggest passions is dance. In my free time, I teach myself new choreographies, picking up routines quickly and using dance as both a form of exercise and stress relief. It’s my way of staying active while expressing myself. I believe in approaching life with an open mind, thoughtful analysis and a nonjudgmental attitude, creating spaces and opportunities where people feel heard and valued.

Whether in my professional work or personal passions, I’m always striving to learn, grow and make meaningful connections with those around me.

I also love analysing artwork, trying to uncover the deeper messages behind paintings and drawings. I relish the opportunity to bring this sort of artistic thinking into my work and have been lucky enough to have experience in digital website management and communications, where I get to work with social media content, presentations and website creation – a role that blends my analytical and artistic sides perfectly.
